The port of Rovere

The port of Rovere di Senigallia is a place of great beauty and charm, natural continuation of a pleasant walk that starting from corso Matteotti and continuing along corso II Giugno, It follows the Misa river until it reaches the Adriatic Sea on the new tip of the Poniente pier.

Refurbished and inaugurated with a big party in 2009, allows visitors to enjoy the view of the sea boundless on the horizon, as well as to admire the entire Adriatic coast from Mount Conero located south of Senigallia up to Mount San Bartolo, north near Pesaro.

Very lively from the first light of day thanks to the transit of fishing boats and the fish market set up in a modern structure on the Nino Bixio dock, during the bathing season increases its reception thanks to the marina, which offers the possibility of anchoring at particularly advantageous rates with services ranging from assistance to mooring with sailors, up to the repair of engines.

Very active at the Port Nautical Club and League Naval, that have also given life to the project “Senigallia Vela”, a school for adults and children born from the merger of their activities. The two partners in their premises located in the marina also have a bar, a restaurant with panoramic terrace, and a very versatile reception room and ideal as a location for anyone who wants to use the space for own initiatives.

Thanks to its shape the Port of Senigallia is also suitable to be theatre of suggestive cultural events among which in recent years has been a great success the film festival CinemAmare.
