There is a very special way to experience the very short chain of fish that brings it from the boat directly to your table.
To enjoy it it is enough to go early in the morning in the port of Senigallia and do the shopping in the fish market in the square Ferdinando Rosi.
On the counters of the fish market the fishermen propose the catch of the past night: cuttlefish, sea snails, sole, straws and mussels.
A colorful and authentically popular environment in which it is not uncommon to come across some great chefs busy supplying their restaurant with fresh fish.
