Just outside the village of Barbara in the halls of an ancient monastery you will find the barrique room of a cellar that since its origins was used for the fermentation of wine. The constant temperature and humidity created the ideal environment for the refinement and aging of wine. Here you can find the classic French 225-litre barriques and the 450-litre Tonneaux barrels.
