\n
\u2022 200 ml di Acqua<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\u2022 8 g di lievito di Birra fresco<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
\u2022 pizzico di sale<\/span><\/div>\n
<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
For frying:<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

traditional lard or peanut oil<\/span><\/div>\n

In a bowl pour the flour and salt, gradually add the water in which the yeast has been dissolved. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Knead to a smooth, homogeneous mass. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Wrap ball, place in an oiled bowl and covered with food film and wait for doubling. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Leavening times are affected by ambient temperature, humidity, type of flours used and amount of yeast. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Once doubling has been achieved turn the dough over on a floured board and break it into 12 pieces, without machining the mass. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Roll out with rolling pin; if you want a soft pancake spread to a thickness of about \u00bd cm, if you prefer a crunchy pancake roll out thinly. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Fry in plenty of oil or lard at a temperature between 165 <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

When removed from the oil, sprinkle with granulated sugar. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
