Pennica is a recently refurbished individual house situated in the country, in an isolated position near the city centre and the beach.
The simple countryside setting shows its agricultural roots.

...The house has three double bedrooms – one with four beds – two bathrooms, a comfortable living room where breakfast is served or where you can relax for a coffee break during the day, and a large courtyard where guests can lay down and listen to the birds singing, immersed in the view of the sweet Marche hills.
Our services include Wi-Fi, use of house fridge, dinner in the garden, hair dryer, fan, car parking near the house, guide books and information on local events and much more. Shuttle bus from/to the railway station, the historical centre and the beach. We have special agreements with restaurants and beach facilities, as well as with specialized tour guides for trekking activities on the near-by Apennines. Upon request, we organize visits to the organic farms of the territory that collaborate with us.
