Casa Ventura is part of a historic building (former Convent of San Martino) in Arcevia, is part of a building of 1600 transformed in time into a condominium, is located isolated and panoramic position about 3 km from Arcevia and 1 km from the hamlet of “Conce”.
It is easily reached by car via municipal road, you can park for free nearby, for motorcycles or bikes there is a closed garage.
The house is about 50mq has three rooms and a bathroom, all renovated and furnished in 2010.
