The old rural church of San Fortunato, founded by the community of Serra de’ Conti in the thirteenth century and reworked in the second half of the fifteenth century, was partially restored at the beginning of the eighties.
...The external facade is enriched by an entrance portal surmounted by a decoration in terracotta with foliated motifs. Inside the altar dedicated to Maria Santissima delle Grazie is surrounded by numerous frescoes executed in the second half of the fifteenth century by Andrea di Bartolo, known as Andrea da Jesi il Vecchio, and probably by Giovanni Antonio da Pesaro.
